Yuanyuan’s Blazing Stoves is the permanent inn mode in Arknights: Endfield 1.6 (from October 15, 2026). Grow ingredients, set a themed menu, serve guests for Spirit Money and Tips, and chain serves into Full Blaze for double Tips.

Everything below comes from Gryphline’s official **Yuanyuan Innkeeper Guide**, the three-page infographic posted ahead of launch. The mode is not live yet, so treat the numbers as the developers’ own description. We will check them in game after the update. For the rest of the patch, see our [Sanctuary of Ink recap](https://endfieldhub.org/blog/sanctuary-of-ink-recap-endfield-1-6-banners-and-dates).

## How to get ingredients for the inn

The inn runs on vegetables, grains, meat, eggs and dairy, and you have five ways to get them.

* **The backyard Farm.** Place Plots and plant crops. The **Auto-Farmer** is installed for you, and upgrading it unlocks **Auto-Germinate** and **Auto-Harvest**. Operators can also fertilize your crops based on your settings. Grow things the right way and you can get **Refined Crops**, a higher grade of harvest.
* **The Ranch.** Pens and Ponds raise animals for ingredients. **Basic Feed** only keeps them fed, while **Advanced Feed** keeps them in a good mood and gives higher-grade ingredients. Spending Spirit Money turns on **Auto-Feed**.
* **Ingredients Crates.** These are scattered around Si’s Painting, the 1.6 story map, so explore it.
* **The Pantry Shop.** Job Rusher runs it inside the inn and restocks every day: drinks, ingredients, fertilizer, seeds and feed, all paid in Spirit Money.
* **Your regional depot.** Anything stored in the **Wuling regional depot** can be used during service without moving it. Items in your Backpack work too.

Si has also set up a **Core in the Painting** that powers the equipment, so you do not have to build power for the farm machines. Our [farming guide](https://endfieldhub.org/guides/farming) covers the existing Wuling eco-farm side of crops.

## Opening preparations: theme, chefs and menu

Go to the **Main Desk** and pick **Open the Inn**. Before each session you choose three things:

1. **The Inn Theme.** Each theme sets its own Popular Dish Types, Popular Dish Traits and Popular Drink Traits, so the theme decides which dishes earn the most. Some themes also run **daily Trends**, and dishes that match the Trend sell for more.
2. **The Chefs.** Operators cook for you, and each has their own interests and attributes. Each chef gives a different bonus to the kitchen you assign them to.
3. **The menu.** It has to meet the theme’s **quantity and type requirements for dishes and drinks**, so you need a few signature dishes unlocked before you can open at all.

As your Inn Rating rises, Si can take on jobs too: **collecting payment, serving drinks and delivering dishes**. Each job unlocks at a set Inn Rating, and you assign it to her during prep.

**Trial Run** lets you practice with any unlocked dish or drink, and it uses no Patrons or stock. It also pays nothing: no Spirit Money, no Innkeeping EXP and no Theme Stars or rewards.

## Running the inn during service

Guests sit down one after another and order from your menu. Each order is sent to a kitchen, and you choose which kitchen cooks it. The official guide hints that **prepping some dishes before you open** saves time.

* **Watch the Counter.** Chefs cook in order and put finished dishes on the Counter. It only has a few slots, and when it is full the kitchen gets **Clogged** and stops. Pick dishes up as soon as they are ready.
* **Drinks skip the kitchen.** If you have the stock, grab them straight from the **Bar**.
* **Serving.** Carry the dishes and drinks to the table. When a guest gets everything they ordered, the serve counts as a success and adds Stove Fire. At checkout you get Spirit Money equal to the **meal price plus Tips**.
* **Streaks pay.** Successful serves in a row add extra income bonuses.
* **Turn tables fast.** Collect payment as soon as a guest finishes so a new guest can sit. The guide calls Table Turnover crucial.

## Stove Fire and Full Blaze

Each successful serve adds to the **Stove Fire** gauge. It fills even faster once your streak of successful serves reaches **5, 10 and 20**.

When the gauge is full you can trigger **Full Blaze**. For the next minute:

* all **Tips income is doubled**
* guests keep arriving, and they order and eat much faster
* your movement speed, Si’s assist speed and kitchen cooking speed all go up sharply

The guide calls Full Blaze the window for big earnings and higher star ratings, so protect your streak before you trigger it.

## Gourmands and Choice dishes

**Gourmands** are special guests. Normal diners order from the menu, but a Gourmand only gives **requirements** and can ask for several things at once. You have to serve Gourmands yourself, because Si does not help with their drinks or dishes.

* Meet **every** requirement for perfect service and a large pile of extra Tips.
* Missing perfect service is fine. A serve only **fails** if it meets **none** of the requirements, so anything in between still counts as a success.

**Choice dishes** come from the kitchen at random, and the guide’s hint is that a dish that doesn’t glow isn’t a good dish. Selling one to a guest gives **extra Tips and extra Stove Fire**. To get more of them, raise your Inn Rating and pick your chefs carefully.

## Income Tally and the star rating

After closing you see the **Income Tally**: Total Revenue, Base income, Tips income, Patrons Seated, Diners Served and more. It also lists session highlights: the **MVP**, your **Highest Streak**, how many times you hit **Full Blaze**, your **Choice dish** count and how many **Gourmands you served perfectly**.

All of that together sets the session’s **star rating**. The first time you reach a new star rating in a theme, you earn its **Theme Stars & Rewards**. Add up your Theme Stars across every theme and you get your **Inn Stars**, which you need to raise your Inn Rating. That means one theme can only take you so far, and new stars in other themes are what move you up.

## Inn Rating and Renovations

Once you have enough **Innkeeping EXP** and **Inn Stars**, you can raise your **Inn Rating**. There are four levels at launch. Each new level unlocks more recipes, Renovations, Inn Themes and assist roles for Si. It also increases your table count, Patron Limit, Inn Tip Bonus and chance of Choice dishes.

You buy **Renovations** with Spirit Money:

* **More Stoves**
* **Larger Counter**
* **Bigger Trays**
* **Kitchen Expansion**

All four make service faster, which helps you score higher and earn better star ratings. As the guide puts it, a bigger inn means more work and more profit.

## Our early tips (from the guide, not yet tested)

These are our reading of the official rules, not results from play. We will update this section after launch.

* **Buy Larger Counter and Bigger Trays early.** A Clogged kitchen stops cooking, which breaks your streak, and the streak is what fills Stove Fire.
* **Save Full Blaze for a full dining room.** It lasts one minute and doubles Tips, so firing it with empty tables wastes most of it.
* **Collect payment right away.** Fast checkout frees tables, and more guests per minute means more chances to build a streak.
* **Spread out across themes.** Inn Stars are the total of Theme Stars from every theme, so first-time stars in a new theme do more for your Inn Rating than another run of a theme you have already maxed.
* **Keep the Wuling depot stocked.** The inn pulls from it directly, so a working farm or factory there feeds the kitchen without extra trips.
