Hypergryph regularly cuts the album release and the in-game loop differently, and for boss themes the gap can be large. **Marble Aggelomoirai** is the clearest case. The album track is about 2:27, while the in-game fight runs a cut of roughly ten minutes that remixes phase 1 and drops the final phase 2 chorus. **Nefarith, Conqueror** goes further. The album splits it into Whispers of Decay and Annihilation Response, but the fight music is assembled from those plus Shatter the Crown and Wake the Sea, with a female chant in phase 1 that neither album track has. Smaller differences show up elsewhere. The in-game **Wuling AIC Variation 2** has lighter dubstep elements than its album release, and the Version 1.2 finale plays **Butterfly in Ashes (焚蝶)** without the Sanskrit section of Aurora Sky's official version. Endfield's music is released by Metal Scar Radio (MSR), Hypergryph's in-house music label for Arknights: Endfield, the counterpart to Monster Siren Records for the original Arknights. Most in-game tracks are credited to the Endfield audio team under MSR. Outside composers appear on specific releases: Gareth Coker (Ori, Halo Infinite) is credited as composer on the Zeroth Directive Original Soundtrack, INSPION and Christian Wright on the Homecoming Original Soundtrack, and Aurora Sky on the Version 1.2 ending song Butterfly in Ashes (焚蝶). ### Is the Arknights: Endfield OST on Spotify? Yes. Search for the artist Metal Scar Radio on Spotify or Apple Music. That artist page is the official home of Endfield's albums, EPs and singles, including Thunder's Legacy, the 承霆 Zhuang Fangyi album and the operator EPs. The same catalog is free on YouTube Music under the Metal Scar Radio channel. Region ambience and some boss cuts have not been released, so community uploads are the only way to hear those. ### What song plays during the Nefarith fight? Nefarith, Conqueror uses a boss theme stitched together from several official tracks. The album versions are Whispers of Decay (phase 1) and Annihilation Response (phase 2). The in-game version also pulls in stems from Shatter the Crown and Wake the Sea, which supplies the phase 1 female chant, so it sounds different from either album track. After the fight, the vocal ending song New Frontier plays over the cutscene. ### Why do in-game tracks sound different from the album releases? Hypergryph often restructures album cuts for gameplay. The Marble Aggelomoirai album track runs about two and a half minutes, while the in-game cut is roughly ten minutes long, remixes phase 1 and drops the phase 2 final chorus. Wuling AIC Variation 2 has lighter dubstep elements in game, and the in-game Butterfly in Ashes omits the Sanskrit section. All Arknights: Endfield music is owned by Hypergryph, and using it in monetized videos can trigger copyright claims. Short clips under gameplay with commentary are usually tolerated, but reuploads, full-length covers and remixes for distribution are regularly flagged. Hypergryph has not published a formal music-use policy, so check the official Metal Scar Radio release before you publish. ### When do new character themes come out? Each recent operator got a character EP or theme around their banner: Mi Fu and Camille in Version 1.3, Arcane and Liino in Version 1.4, Typhoeus in Version 1.5, and a reworked Tangtang EP for her Version 1.6 rerun.
