Ember not a char with dps role, she is a support, she will weak at dps role. Use Lifeng or Endministrator for main DPS. its cool that you like she, but playing support on main dps role will cause some troubles in highend content.

I'm assuming when you say non active, it means the ones that isn't controlled by the player. Yes, but the attack frequency is much lower compared to your controlling character

No. Im pretty sure her weapon will eventually appear in the shop and you can purchase it for 2480 tickets instead of pulling for it at a gamble

She's not unique in needing to dodge, but she herself is basically the entire team's damage so your ability to land final attacks for her battle skill makes or breaks this comp However her skill works with ANY controlled operator, not just herself, ...

No, level/skill level don't affect animation speed and overall gameplay feel. You'll just do more damage.
