Will Laevatain get fun to play when max level/skills?

Currently not enjoying laeva specially when using her enhance battle skill takes too long animation and you cant dodge while doing or else you wont consume the stack. Will she get better when equipped with gears like her damage will be so OP and clears fast? I have her at P1 and sig so I feel im obliged to build her.

No, level/skill level don't affect animation speed and overall gameplay feel. You'll just do more damage.
