Artificing Planner FAQ

What is Artificing?

Artificing is the endgame substat enhancement system for T4 (Tier 4) equipment. You can enhance each of the 3 substats up to 3 times (+1, +2, +3) using Wuling Artificing Catalyst. Enhancements are guaranteed to succeed.

Where do I get Wuling Artificing Catalyst?

Wuling Artificing Catalyst is obtained from various Wuling region activities, missions, and events. It's a Wuling-exclusive material used only for T4 gear enhancement.

What is the pity system?

The pity system guarantees enhancement success after a certain number of attempts. Dual Stat and Special Stat substats guarantee at 6/12/20 attempts for levels 1/2/3. Single Stat substats guarantee at 12/24/40 attempts.

Can I enhance Valley IV gear?

No. Artificing is Wuling-exclusive. Valley IV (Domain 1) only has equipment up to T3. Only Wuling (Domain 2) T4 gear can be artificed.

What happens when I recycle gear?

Recycling T4 equipment returns Valley Stock Bills. This can be used at Wuling outposts for various purchases. Consider recycling unwanted pieces to fund your artificing catalyst farming.

Fixed Stats: Equipment stats are completely fixed in Arknights: Endfield. Every piece of the same equipment has identical stats - no RNG!

Priority Order: Focus on enhancing substats that match your character's role. DPS benefits most from Physical DMG, CRIT, and ATK%. Supports prefer Healing and SP Gain.

Catalyst Management: With 70 T4 pieces and 3 substats each capable of 3 levels, full enhancement requires 630 catalysts per complete set. Plan your farming accordingly!

Set Bonuses First: Before investing in artificing, ensure you have complete 3-piece sets. Set bonuses often provide more value than individual substat enhancements.
