How Endfield pity works
Every number on this page comes from the game's own headhunting tables (snapshot 2026-08-22), and the calculator runs the same rules exactly, pull by pull, rather than estimating. On a fresh Chartered banner a 6★ lands after 53.9 pulls on average. Half of players have the rate-up operator by pull 73, 56% by pull 80, and everyone by pull 120.
Two counters run at once. The 6★ counter (pulls since your last 6★) is shared by Chartered and RE-Factor banners and carries from one banner to the next. The banner counter (pulls made on this banner) drives the 120-pull rate-up guarantee, the free 10× at 30, the Headhunting Dossier at 60 and the bonus token every 240. On a Chartered banner it starts from zero; on RE-Factor it runs across the whole series.

Soft pity: the 6★ rate on every pull from 65 to 80
Pulls 1 to 65 all sit at the 0.8% base rate. From pull 66 the rate gains 5 percentage points per pull until pull 80, which is a sure 6★. The right column is your chance of having seen a 6★ by that pull, starting from zero pity.

What carries over between banners
Carries over: your pulls since the last 6★, between Chartered and RE-Factor banners (the game flags both pool types as sharing it). Progress inside one RE-Factor series also carries from banner to banner in that series.
Does not carry over: the 120-pull rate-up guarantee on Chartered banners, which is once per banner. Fest of Brilliance and Basic Headhunting keep their own 6★ counters, and weapon pity is tracked per Arsenal Issue. Pulling any 6★, rate-up or not, resets the 6★ counter to zero.
Free pulls and milestones
At 30 pulls on a Chartered banner you get one free 10× (Urgent Recruitment). These pulls are independent of the banner: they never count toward the 80 or the 120, and a 6★ from them does not reset your pity. RE-Factor gives three free 10× at 30, 60, 90, once per series.
At 60 pulls a Chartered banner gives a Headhunting Dossier, once per banner. It turns into a 10× permit for the next Chartered banner and expires when that banner ends. Every 240 pulls on the same banner adds a token of the rate-up operator, with no limit. Basic Headhunting gives a one-time 6★ operator selector at 300 pulls.
Weapon pity (Arsenal Issue)
Weapon issues run on different numbers: a 4% 6★ rate with no ramp, a 6★ weapon guaranteed within 40 pulls, and the rate-up weapon guaranteed by pull 80 on the issue. From a fresh issue, half of players have the rate-up weapon by pull 58. Crates arrive at pull 100, 180, 260 and onward, alternating a 6★ weapon selector and the rate-up weapon.
Method and sources
The rates, the ramp, the guarantees, the shared-pity flags and every milestone come from the game's headhunting tables (the Chartered, RE-Factor, Fest, Basic and New Horizons pool types, the two weapon pool types, and the headhunting constants), snapshot 2026-08-22. Pull costs are 500 Oroberyl per pull and 1 Origeometry = 75 Oroberyl, from the same tables.
Two values are not in those tables, and the calculator uses the official banner details for them: the rate-up operator is 50% of 6★ results on Chartered and RE-Factor banners, and the rate-up weapon is 25% of 6★ weapon results. The odds are exact probabilities computed pull by pull, not a simulation. Free 10× pulls are modelled at the 0.8% base rate.

How does pity work in Arknights: Endfield?
Each 6★ pull starts at a 0.8% rate. From pull 66 the rate rises 5% per pull, and pull 80 is a guaranteed 6★. On Chartered banners half of 6★ results are the rate-up operator, and if you have not won it by pull 120 on that banner, pull 120 gives it to you. A 5★ or better lands at least every 10 pulls.
When does soft pity start in Endfield?
On pull 66. Pulls 1 to 65 sit at 0.8%. Pull 66 is 5.8%, pull 70 is 25.8%, pull 79 is 70.8%, and pull 80 is 100%. Because of the ramp, about 98% of 6★ pulls land by pull 75, and the average is 53.9 pulls.
Does Endfield pity carry over between banners?
The 80-pull 6★ counter does: Chartered and RE-Factor banners share it, so pulls since your last 6★ follow you to the next banner. The 120-pull rate-up guarantee does not carry between Chartered banners; it is once per banner. On RE-Factor banners it is once per series, and progress carries across that series. Fest of Brilliance, Basic and weapon banners keep their own separate counters.
How many pulls does it take to get the limited operator?
At most 120 on a fresh Chartered banner. Half of players get the rate-up by pull 73, and 56% get it by pull 80. Starting with pity carried over from an earlier banner lowers both numbers; enter it in the calculator to see your own.
Do free 10× pulls count toward pity?
No. The free 10× (Urgent Recruitment) you get at 30 pulls on a Chartered banner is independent of the banner: it does not advance the 80 or the 120, and a 6★ from it does not reset your pity. The Headhunting Dossier at 60 pulls is different: it turns into a 10× permit on the next Chartered banner, and those are normal pulls there.
How does weapon (Arsenal Issue) pity work?
The 6★ weapon rate is 4% with no ramp, a 6★ weapon is guaranteed within 40 pulls, and the rate-up weapon is guaranteed by pull 80 on the issue. Reward crates arrive every 80 pulls from pull 100, alternating a 6★ weapon selector and the rate-up weapon.
Is my pull log saved?
Yes, in your browser only. The calculator stores your pity, banner progress and settings in localStorage, so they are still there next visit on the same device. Nothing is sent to a server, and clearing site data removes it.
