When will I unlock essence farming?

I'm about to reach the final area of Valley 4, I'm near level 50 and my world is level 2 (I will turn level 3 when my Characters will be promoted). I want to farm essence because I have no idea what to farm for with my sanity, since I have enough of everything.

Pretty sure it's coming up soon, you unlock it before completing valley 4 for sure
