How do you unlock transmission line for xiranite pylon and relay?

I notice that the option to connect from one relay to another is missing. How do I unlock it? Do I need a certain AIC node unlock or has the feature not been added yet?

You just place them, they transmit wirelessly up to 80m, you can look at the last relay and it'll show you how far you are from it
