Why can't I claim free component mail rewards?

Question

Trying to get the free components they gave out and it's telling me storage is full. My backpack has space and depot and only have 50 or so of those components. Is this a bug?

It is 600 each. That means you need 12 spaces in your pack for one and 12 for the other. 24 total. IIRC there's only 35 spaces in the pack. If you have more than 11 items, you don't have enough space.
