Can I safely ignore Baker character conversations?

Don't know why gachas like doing this lately. The narratives aren't engaging, I don't actually feel like I'm connecting to the characters.

Am I missing anything if I don't sit through clicking all these in Endfield?

It certainly is one of the weaker ones in a gacha daily messenger style system. Considering how the MC pretty much has no character, it feels way too unnatural in order to get a character to say more about themselves.

A part of me kinda hope it feels more like Morimens where instead of it just being about "What do you think about the recent missions", it explores way more what the characters are doing when they are not really with us and have a mini-arc in it.
