Is a physical team much weaker than an electrical team in general?

I used to play the electrical team in the 1st picture and wanted to change to the physical team in the 2nd one, because I somehow ended up with more 6 star characters for a physical team. I tried it several times, but I can't beat level 4 of the exp dimension in time. When I try it with the electrical team there are always 40-50s left on the timer. There isn't a significant difference in the equipment or skill level of each character.
