Hey! So, I'm wordering how and if I can get those two tickets. I don't have 120 pulls, so I'm not wasting them on the special banner. I've no current pulls for the standard banner. And because I've never got a 6 stars, I've never pulled for a weapon (not sure if those can give the currency though). It's a lost cause? Thanks!

You get them by trading the excess potentials tokens of maxed 4/5 operators. There should be a button just below for the interface.
