There are 3 golden long ears you need to escort to that area. There is a 4th one that is there to begin with so if you don't see 4 golden long ears, you need to go find them.

Go to "Arsenal Exchange", scroll down 1 page, you will see the purple arts unit weapon for Ardelia in the middle. You can use your certificate for a free pull on "Cosmic Voice Issue" arsenal thingy.

Why can't I claim or delete mail rewards with storage space?

I have 2K on each of these in my depot and I got none in my backpack. Why can't I claim it? The orange dot is killing me. Edit: It goes to the Backpack... man like seriously? Can't they just separate...

They go in packs of 50 to your backpack, so you need to get like 20 slots free or so to claim it.

How do I claim mail rewards when storage is full?

You have to free enough backpack space to accept all of those in 50 stack increments. It's a ton. Just temporarily empty your whole backpack into the depot.

Unlocking all the depots most likely?. But it's just random I guess, I just keep going until the big tasks show up at the top.
