Fluorite guides: weapons, gear and the 40s cooldown
This page is her stats, skills, potentials and materials reference. For the build itself, read the Fluorite build guide, which covers why a 5-star (OBJ Velocitous) beats both 6-star Handcannons, the two gear sets that shorten her Free Giveaway cooldown, and the Ultimate Gain targets each of her teams needs.
Character Profile
“Got anything to say? No? How about we just call it a day?”
Fluorite is the skirmisher of Operations Team Z7, tasked with scouting and breaking up enemy formations. Raised on the frontier at the edge of the Civilization Band, she honed deadly marksmanship through a life of constant migration and wandering. Quiet and watchful, she reads people unnervingly well and pairs that insight with a knack for verbal manipulation and mischief, making her a quietly unpredictable presence on her team.
Fluorite Lore & Story
OripathyOripathy positive (infected), based on medical examination reports.
Operator Fluorite once encouraged local civilians to violently resist a criminal organization and helped an Endfield field operations team escape certain threats. Operator Akekuri thus endorsed Fluorite's employment with Endfield Industries. She is now a member of Operations Team Z7. No new criminal records have been filed against the Operator since then.
Pay particular attention to Fluorite in social settings. Her "personal grudges" are usually not as significant as we make them, but conversations with her may take unexpected turns. Fortunately, Fluorite is not averse to being a listener. Since we place greater importance on an operator's combat capabilities, her peculiarity is not particularly difficult to handle. However, she seized the initiative and answered every question on the list before I formally delivered it to her. In fact, she even started laughing before I could complete my engaging answers. This situation was not predicted by my algorithms. Hence, this interview has been added to the archives of unique case studies for further analysis.Martin Marvin Malen, Assistant, HR Division, Endfield Industries
Mama, I heard about how my uncles and aunts are doing: Gordon. Alloycarrot. Trucker. Elsa. The Unicity. Seems to be a cashier at a grocery store. Andalusia. Free City of Neo Tsukushi. Journalist. Big William. Town of Oriron Screw (abandoned). Passed away due to a railroad accident. Karakurt. I only managed to learn that she left for Morospolis. She was last seen near Valley V. Ebby. Not yet found. Cavill. Not yet found. "Long Legs". Currently serving his term. They treat inmates pretty well in Hongshan. Aldan. Tried fighting me but ran away. I don't intend to look for him anymore. Piece of trash. ............ Verana, you can also call me "Fluorite" now. I've reached the skies. Place is interesting so I might stick around for a while. If you find this letter and regard yourself as a decent individual, please give this to Endfield Industries or burn it in the frontiers. Much appreciated.
According to Fluorite herself, her Originium Arts solely focused on the creation of polymorphic fluids with adhesive abilities. However, if this were true (which I personally feel to be not), then her malignant social skills could only be explained by her "extensive experiences" — since she has expert-level abilities in identifying damaging information about others. Fluorite's willingness to reveal such information without hesitation is another thing entirely. Even though Arts assimilation test results are publicly accessible, there are those who stubbornly believe that Fluorite has secret "divination" abilities. "Just think about it. You almost flopped your PE and the instructor just gave you an earful. While heading back to the dorms you see Fluorite along the corridors and she suddenly goes, 'I guess it can't be helped. Midnight sandwiches are just so divine'... She's so friggin' annoying!
Verana. Known aliases: Double Hands, Gossipmonger, Shots-Got-Eyes, Strangleweed. Female. Phidia. Green haired. Former muscle Boozers, former muscle for the Lamelegs; former member of the gunslinger posse for the Hungry Lupos; honorary member of the Scarred Company (scratched out to avoid reprisal); top shooter working for "Weird Neck" Logan. Rumors say that Verana began working at a proper security company after leaving the underworld. Verana is extremely skilled in the use of hand guns, throwing daggers, and hand crossbows. She is famous for her quick-draws, cunning, and willingness to lay down various traps. Keep an eye on anything she holds. Do not believe anything (not even a word) she says. Do not attempt to confront her in the wildlands as it has proved to be extremely risky and dangerous. WANTED FOR: Violating the established order; stealing gang supplies, treason; inflaming local tensions in the town of Oriron Screw, toppling the business of "Weird Neck" Logan, and physically wounding and crippling every member of his operations.

Working out a build rather than a number? The Fluorite build guideexplains which of these weapon toggles her team can actually trigger, and what the Ultimate Gain figure below needs to reach.

She is an Infliction enabler rather than a carry. Her combo and her Ultimate re-apply the Arts Infliction already on the enemy, which sets off an Arts Burst, so the Burst rows and her Arts Intensity are where most of her output actually lives.

What the team gets from her
There is no multiplier to report here, and that is the finding rather than a gap in the modelling. Fluorite applies no Arts Susceptibility, no DMG Bonus and no resistance shred, so unlike Camille or Gilberta there is no bucket product a carry receives. What she contributes is Infliction, control, and the Burst events themselves, which are priced in the rows below because they scale off her ATK and her Arts Intensity.
- Tiny Surprise: Nature Infliction (Infliction)The Improvised Explosive applies Nature Infliction in an area. This is the stack a teammate’s reaction consumes, and the first half of her own Burst setup.
- Free Giveaway: Arts Infliction re-application (Reaction enabler)Applies another Arts Infliction of the element already on the enemy, which sets off an Arts Burst. Priced in the Burst rows below rather than here, because it scales off her ATK and Arts Intensity.
- Apex Prankster: repeat re-application (Reaction enabler)The final damage sequence repeats the re-application when the target holds 2 or more stacks of Cryo or Nature Infliction.
- Tiny Surprise: Slow 30.00% (Control)Applied to the target the Improvised Explosive sticks to. It has no damage term of its own; it is what keeps Love the Stab and Twist live.
Where her build budget actually goes. The community builds gate her on roughly 118% Ultimate Gain, not on damage, because Apex Prankster is what repeats the re-application. Ultimate Gain Efficiency has no term in the damage equation, so it is reported beside the damage rather than folded into it.
Rotation economy at this build
Four of her five potentials move no number in the damage table. This is where they land.
- Free Giveaway
- The cooldown that defines her. Potential 5 shortens it by 1s each time Cryo or Nature Infliction is applied, once per second at most, which the table stores as a buff flag rather than a number the sheet can resolve.
- 38.00s
- Apex Prankster
- Potential 4 multiplies this cost by 0.9. Her own Ultimate Gain Efficiency, including gear and the weapon secondary, is +37.14%.
- 100.00 Energy
- Tiny Surprise: Slow
- No damage term of its own. It is the condition Love the Stab and Twist keys off, and Potential 3 spreads it to every enemy the explosion hits for 6s.

Calculator assumptions
Every number uses a Level 90 Fluorite with all skills at Rank 12 and her talent nodes unlocked through breakthrough 4, which is where both talents reach rank 2. Her base ATK, attributes, damage multipliers, talents and potentials are all read from the committed client tables.
Agility is her main attribute and Intellect her secondary, a pairing no other operator in this calculator set uses. Her four attribute talent nodes grant Agility +60 in total and no Intellect. The ATK formula weights main at 0.005 and secondary at 0.002 after every flat source and Main and Sub Stat Boost has been applied, then truncates both. Two Handcannons carry a Strength substat, which she never reads; the weapon picker says so when you select one.
Basic sequence 4 is three hits. The client prints the per-hit 135%, not the 405% total, so the chain row is built from the per-hit scale times three rather than from the printed number. The table also carries an identical copy of that sequence under a second id, which is the continuation branch of the same action and is deliberately not counted twice.
The Ultimate's detonation bonus is counted once. The client renders that single 30% value twice, once as a damage boost and once as a blast-radius boost. Only the damage half is a multiplier, and it applies only when an Improvised Explosive was already stuck to the target.
The Free Giveaway tier row is inferred, not read. The skill table carries four extra multipliers that appear in no tooltip and in no text string anywhere in the dump, so the data does not say what gates them. The skill's own trigger is 2 or more Infliction stacks, so they are presented as Infliction-stack tiers on a separate, separately labelled row. They are never folded into the headline Free Giveaway number, so if the inference is wrong the main row is still right.
Unpredictable is a proc, shown as a toggle. It is a 20.00% chance of Arts DMG immunity that also grants ATK for 10s and does not stack. It is off by default and never averaged into an expected value, because a buff that is up a fifth of the time reads nothing like an always-on one once it has been blended in. Its blackboard key is the same one Camille and Last Rite use for a DMG bonus rather than ATK; here the shipped text says ATK, so ATK is what it does.
Four Handcannons are Cryo-scoped and therefore contribute nothing to her Nature rows. Artzy Tyrannical and Brigand's Calling are Cryo throughout; Home Longing and Navigator read "Cryo and Nature", so only their Nature half is counted. OBJ Velocitous is the default because its Nature DMG line scales with the Infliction stacks her own kit consumes and its Ultimate Gain secondary feeds the rotation her builds are actually gated on.
Still excluded: the SpecialBonus regional buff from teleportation waypoints, Stagger and poise values, SP and Ultimate Energy generation, buff and Slow durations, rotation timing and DPS over time, multi-target hits, and the Heat and Cryo weapon lines in the Handcannon pool that none of her Nature rows can use.

Contingency Contract Fit
Test Criteria this kit handles well, since every criterion is a penalty or enemy buff and Fluorite sidesteps or shrugs these off. See the full dashboard for every modifier.
Poor Basics · Damage is skill and ultimate based, not reliant on basic attacks.
Bent Edges · Damage comes from skills and basics rather than repeated ultimates.
Biolysis · Nature skills cleanse the forced Solidification.
Decapitate · Durable or ranged, so the extra damage on the active operator stays manageable.
Flash Freeze · Heat skills melt the forced Solidification, and ranged operators rarely eat the enemy Cryo in the first place.
Heat Loss · Her combo skills sit on a 40s cooldown, so she almost never casts them and dodges the self-applied Cryo.
Hypoxia · Ranged or durable, so losing dodge and stamina hurts far less.
Re-Construct · Heavy hitters and HP-scaling reaction damage power through the reinforced α elites.
Rush · Sustained/AoE damage works around the burst cap; grouping reins in the faster enemies.
Thrill · Tanky, ranged or well-healed, so the enemy damage spike is survivable.
Toxic Residue · Ranged or self-sustaining, so the lingering toxin patches do little.
Tremor · Reaction/infliction damage gets boosted while battle-skill reliance is penalised.
Vitality · Sustained or amplified damage chews through the inflated HP pools.
